§ 5-8. Statement of articles sold.

On each Monday during the progress of an auction sale under this chapter the owner of the merchandise shall file with the city tax collector a sworn statement setting forth the name and description of every article sold and the price received therefor during the previous week, and within two days after the close of such auction sale a final sworn statement shall be filed with the city setting forth the name and description of every article sold, the price received therefor and the total amount received during the entire sale.
