§ 18-10. Duties generally.

The chief of police and the members of the police department shall have the duty of enforcing the provisions of this Code and all other ordinances of the city and the laws of the state within the city, and such other duties as may be prescribed by ordinance, and they shall carry out such rules and regulations as the city manager may prescribe.
