§ 23-155. Installation of storm drainage facilities by the city.

The city will install storm drainage facilities upon the request of the property owners, excluding developers, whenever the city has a permanent easement, upon the payment of the cost of all materials, survey, and administrative expenses to the city. Such charges shall be estimated by the public works director and paid to the city in advance of installation. The difference between the actual cost and the estimated cost shall be promptly paid to the applicable person.
