§ 1-4. Provisions are continuations of ordinances.

The provisions appearing in this Code, so far as they are the same as those of "The Code of the City of Lumberton, North Carolina, 1967," and all ordinances adopted subsequent thereto and included herein shall be considered as continuations thereof and not as new enactments.
