§ 18-15. Assaulting, opposing, etc., policemen.

  • No person shall assault, oppose, ridicule or counsel resistance of force, words or threats, or in any manner interfere with or willfully fail or refuse to comply with a lawful order or direction of any member of the police department while in the discharge of his duties.
