§ 18-13. Same—Streets or sidewalks.

It shall be the duty of all policemen to report to the chief of police any defects in the streets or sidewalks on their beats, which are of such nature as to be likely to cause injury to person or property. Such reports shall be transmitted by the chief of police to the director of public works.
