§ 13-10. Mosquito and environmental nuisance abatement fee.

In order to provide city services including but not limited to draining and cutting pest breeding habitat and controlling the reproduction of vectors through biological or chemical controls, the city shall charge each utility account the amount written in the annual budget ordinance.
